By joining WIFECTRL, you are not just signing up for an app; you are entering a community dedicated to the sanctity of marriage. Our terms are designed to protect the integrity of our users and the seriousness of their journeys.
WIFECTRL requires all users to submit a valid Government-issued ID and a secondary Guarantor. You agree that the information provided is 100% accurate. Providing false documentation is grounds for permanent banning and, where applicable, report to local authorities.
No fakes allowed. We verify your ID and your guarantor to make sure you are a real person with real intentions.
WIFECTRL operates a strict No-Refund Policy. By using our platform, you acknowledge and agree that:
• Donations: All donations made to any wedding journey or match are final and non-refundable, regardless of whether they were made deliberately, in error, or by mistake.
• Subscriptions: All payments for subscription plan upgrades are final. Once a plan is upgraded or renewed, whether intentional or accidental, no refunds will be issued.
We encourage users to review all transaction details and plan selections carefully before confirming payment.
All money sent—donations or plan upgrades—is final. Whether it was a mistake or on purpose, we cannot send the money back once it is processed.
Once a "Journey" is activated between two partners, all milestones (dates, shopping, venue requests) must be handled with mutual respect. While the platform facilitates financial planning and registry donations, WIFECTRL does not handle the transfer of funds between users; all donations are processed via third-party providers (Bank Transfer, Sendwave, Wise, Worldremit).
You are responsible for your own wedding planning. We provide a straight path, but you and your partner make the decisions.
Users found to be using the platform for casual hookups, harassment, or non-marriage-related intentions will have their accounts terminated. Our "Social Accountability" system allows guarantors to be notified of significant breaches in community conduct.
This is not Tinder. If you are here to play games, you will be removed, and your guarantor may be notified.
Our platform provides a registry service that allows couples who are preparing for marriage—by setting a wedding date, selecting a venue, and creating a wedding list with associated costs—to be featured on our registry/blog page for potential support from the public.
All donations made through the platform are voluntary and made at the sole discretion of donors. The platform does not guarantee that any user will receive donations, nor does it make any promises regarding the amount or frequency of donations.
By using this service, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Being listed on the platform does not entitle you to receive donations;
- Donation outcomes may vary significantly between users;
- The platform is not liable for cases where no donations are received.
Our role is limited to providing visibility and access to potential donors, and we do not act as a donor, sponsor, or financial guarantor.
The platform expressly disclaims any obligation to ensure that users receive donations. Users participate at their own discretion and risk.
